Connah is a former pupil of Tonypandy Community College and he started off as an All-Star in year 7, he then made his way up the ranks until he reached Year 13.
A natural working with young children, Connah has had experience working alongside children because as he use to volunteer in Valleys Kids to help with the Play scheme that took place in school holidays.
From the age of 5 up until the age of 14, Connah played football for Penygraig Boys and Girls Club and he was also very successful in this time. He then joined Cambrian and Clydach Boys and Girls Club, of which he stayed for two pretty successful seasons.
After this Connah decided that Rugby was the sport for him so he then joined Penygraig Youth RFC and in which he had 2 very successful seasons. Due to several injuries in the past season Connah has decided to take a season off from competitive sport and wishes to start back in the near future.
Connah will be on board for the up and coming trip to Tanzania, Africa, which will be taking place February 2017. He is looking forward to visiting the orphanages, schools and churches to work alongside and help coach the young kids. Connah looks forward to his first year in the primary schools working alongside, Lauren and Naomi.
