· To place quality Christian role models into key strategic positions within the educational and church community and to give every young person within our community the opportunity to interact with them.
· To promote good citizenship in all our young people, teaching them importance of character, principles, values and right choices.
· To “influence the influencers” through quality leadership training so they are more likely to have a positive impact on their peer groups.
· To build a bridge from the school into a vibrant local church that runs a youth program that makes supporting the local community a primary focus
· To enhance the likelihood that Rhondda’s young people can and will fulfil their potential
· To encourage Rhondda’s young people to enjoy, participate in and benefit from a healthy, sport-led lifestyle.
· To positively influence how Rhondda’s young people make and arrive at their choices and to promote desirable standards of behaviour and conduct both on and off the sports field.
· To create in children a sense of significance and self-worth, stimulating them to believe that they can make a difference and nurturing their desires to do so.
