New Magazine Features Sporting Marvels and the Prayer Vision PDF Print E-mail

The inaugural issue of Prayer Magazine (Autumn 2004) has heavily featured both Sporting Marvels and the vision for a 33,000 Prayer Warrior Army. Project director Phil Davies said, “Considering this was a first issue, the magazine’s publishers have done a remarkable and truly excellent job and needless to say, we are delighted that they have chosen to feature us so prominently. I’m sure the magazine will go from strength to strength”.

The latest Sporting Marvels worker - worker no.4 - has arrived in Wales! Elroy Duckitt from Cape Town South Africa will take up his full-time post at Ferndale Community School with effect from Monday, 18th October.

Our charity status is through! After a long haul, Sporting Marvels has recently had confirmation from the UK Charities Commission that our charitable application has been successful.

It’s official; Ugo really is on his way!! His visa application appeal was successful and hopefully, he’ll be here early in the new year ready to take up his post as our first church worker - based full-time at Providence Church, Ystrad!
