Beth Bullock

My name’s Beth.....I’m nineteen and been an intern with Sporting Marvels since the summer of 2011.

I watched Sporting Marvels develop from the sidelines for a long time and felt the time had come for me to actively serve the vision. When I was given the chance, I jumped at it!

I’m presently working in three primary schools and loving every minute. Taking the kids through the Mighty Marvels programme is just awesome!

I also love being part of the team. Everyone has such passion for what they do......you can’t help but be inspired!

I spent my first year after school working as a music teacher in infants and primary schools. Music is a big passion of mine. I’m a singer/songwriter, work as a resident musician at a big hotel in Cardiff, perform at gigs around South Wales, and also play at the occasional wedding or party!

Having lived in Tanzania for three years in the late 90’s, I have a big heart for East Africa. Sporting Marvels has big links there and I can’t wait to visit. I’m doing my best to become fluent in Swahili so I can teach in a Sporting Marvels school out there one day!!

I’ve loved every minute with the Marvels and I can’t wait for what’s ahead!
