Ashleigh Parfitt

Hey everyone.....I’m Ashleigh Parfitt but everyone calls me “Parf”.

I left school summer 2010 and was delighted to be given the opportunity to do a one-year internship with Sporting Marvels.

I went to Ferndale Community School where I was always involved with Marvels like Becca Chapman, “Bek Oz” and Steph.

I was a committed All-Star for over five years and always looked up to the Marvels. I thought they were all amazing. They had massive influence on my life and from as far back as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to be a Marvel. So to be given the opportunity to join the team as an intern is like a dream come true for me!!

I’m also big friends with Jody who’s a great help and a real inspiration!!

I’ve always been involved in sport and I also enjoy working with children so being a marvel seemed the perfect role for me. I couldn’t wait to start and now that everything’s in full swing, it’s just awesome. Being on the inside now, I can see the real heartbeat of Sporting Marvels – it’s even better than it looks from the outside!!

I can see my future being shaped before my very eyes and all I can say is that I’m very excited!!
